upon arrival they came yelling no rooms. I had to keep telling them that i had a reservation. They gave my room away so they booked me a different room. Which means they had rooms. The heat stopped working after 20 minutes of use m, went to tell them about it and they did nothing. Upstairs people argued all night and stompped very loudly. The sheets were thin polyester the pillow was as flat as cardboard. The was no hot water. They advertised breakfast there was none

Had a wonderful stay at this property! The rooms were clean, staff was welcoming, and everything was well maintained. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Quiet and convenient but the staff weren't very friendly or accomodating and with 9ft ceilings it was dark out before the room cooled off. Nothing too bad...

Front desk check in was very easy. The lobby is clean and it’s very quiet. Very nice hotel. I had a good stay.

Horrible experience!
We booked a king size and when we arrived the front desk rep didn’t tell us she was giving a different room. It was already 4pm and didn’t want to cancel, but when we got to the second floor it was extremely hot. There was no air in the hallway or the room. When we turned the AC on it didn’t cool off we waited to let us cool off but after 2/3 hours the room was not cooling. We had to leave and pay for Hilton which was an amazing experience. Would not recommend at all….

It was clean and so quiet. The beds were too firm. They did have a bathtub with a stopper-most motels don’t!

Parking lot was small. Customer service was great. Had trouble getting into my room but staff was very helpful in getting that issue resolved. Room was clean. I didn’t get to enjoy any amenities as I arrived late and had to leave early the next morning.

Bed sheets had burn marks on them. And pillows had holes in the pillow covers. Mom smoking room smelled like smoke. And bathroom was not clean.. looked like it had mold in the grout. I was only there because my kid was in the hospital and I wasn’t going to sleep. If I wanted to sleep I would have lost my money and gone to a different hotel
