We stayed from January 23rd to 26th. As a family of 5, we were greeted in a friendly and welcoming manner upon arrival, and check-in was fast. The room we had was very spacious, with two king-size beds and a double sofa bed in the lounge. The apartment was very clean and had all the facilities we could need. One minor issue, which didn't bother us since we don't watch TV on holiday, was that there were no batteries in either of the TV remote controls. The spa facilities were great, and we enjoyed visiting the spa after a day on the slopes. I booked a massage with Daisy, and she was fabulous and definitely knew her stuff. We would definitely stay again. Our trip to Bansko was faultless. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Our stay at Preda 2 Hotel in Bulgaria was a nightmare from the start. The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional, making a huge mistake by sending one of our group members to the wrong hotel—two hours away from our original airport, Plovdiv. Despite confirming Plovdiv both the night before and the morning of our arrival, they still got it wrong. Instead of admitting their mistake, they blamed us and spent days aggressively hounding us to pay a €60 fare difference. When we refused to pay for their error, they took it even further and **canceled our return journey home, essentially holding us hostage until we paid. This level of disrespect and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable. Avoid this hotel at all costs unless you want to deal with unprofessional staff who don't care about their guests and will go to extreme lengths to cover up their own incompetence.

Predala Lux - 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and modern. Beds and linen were very comfortable after a days skiing.

Kitchen had all necessary items and a dishwasher.

Pool, sauna and steam room was a great addition and perfect for a relax.

Ate at the restaurant which was ok but nothing special. Would recommend going into town for dinner. Did not eat breakfast there as it starts at 07:30 and we had to be at the gondola queue before 08:00 to get to our ski lessons on time.

The only down side was that on arrival to the apartment it was so hot and no thermostat on the room to turn the temperature down, I asked at reception to reduce temp but still warm so slept with the windows open.

All areas of this apartment were clean and staff were approachable and helpful.

It is situated a short walk away from the main ski resort with loud bars which was perfect for us as it was quiet.

Would definitely return to this apartment complex.

We spend 10 days in this hotel for Christmas and New year 2022. The hotel is nice with different size apartments. We had 1 bedroom apartment which was equipped with everything necessary for our stay. There was a fire place as well which added to the apartment charm. The spa center was nice with good swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna, also with fitness center. We were using it regularly and was very convenient. The hotel is very close to the ski slopes, which made the experience for skiers very easy and practical. The personnel were great. They were very kind, trying to satisfy all our requirements. For example, they provided additional heating radiators for the colder days. The lift got broken one of the days and they immediately offered us another 1-bedroom apartment on the ground floor as we had an elderly person with us. The other apartment had also washing machine, which proved to be very handy during our stay. For the New Year’s Eve, the hosts have prepared nice musical program and New year’s menu with large choice. We were delighted with the great festive atmosphere, the music and the dancing. The hosts came to greet each one of us personally and especially payed kind attention to our gradma as per our old Bulgarian traditions. Overall, we spent really fabulous time and will come back in this hotel again next time we are in Bansko.

Rooms are standard for the price, staff are rude and unwelcoming, rules in the pool change daily can jump in one day then the next you can’t and then you get shouted out aggressively. Can’t use the gym when she’s “making a massage” Save you a thew more pennies and visit somewhere different

The hotel is lovely, staff are very friendly and helpful, we had a 3 night stay as a ski trip, it was in the perfect place, about 5 minute walk from the gondola to get to all the slopes. The room was very good, we had a fully equipped kitchen as well as a big balcony. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was very clean, the only thing is there was no hairdryer so I would bring one if you’ve booked a stay here. The rooms were very warm which was good in the cold weather! The breakfast had great choices as well as a coffee machine with loads of options. The spa was lovely, the pool is big and the jacuzzi was perfect after a long day of skiing. The sauna and steam room were also very nice and surprisingly not very busy whenever we visited. Unsure of the reason for any bad reviews! Everybody was very friendly and helpful, all guest seemed to be enjoying all amenities to offer. You just ask at reception if you need your room topping up and they do it all for you. The wardrobe was spacious with plenty of space to hang up all our ski equipment. Would 100% recommend this place for skiing in bansko, for the price we were shocked with how amazing everything was. We will be back for next years ski season!
