This was my worst hotel experience ever. The room heat was off. The bed and the pillows had a stench and smell of dirt. The restaurant was much worst as I was ignored and passed by the servers to serve other customers joyfully. I had to remind them about my food over 25 mins after my order, before they remembered. I fully regret and wish I could have my money back for this reservation. It was a complete waste of my funds.

We regret that this was not clearly communicated in the moment, and we understand how this may have caused frustration.Once again, we appreciate your feedback. It allows us to continue improving our service and guest experience.

Comfortable beds. Clean room. Wall paper peeling off the walls by the window. Hard to keep the room from being too warm even when it was 0 outside. Friendly staff. Nice dining room. Sad to see that you didn't have a Manitowoc ice machine.

Nice older hotel, great price that includes a free hot breakfast in the restaurant. We had a huge clean king room on second floor and enjoyed a lovely stay. All staff were great.

Was a nice stay. Hotel is dated and can use some refreshing, but facilities/room is very clean and comfortable, furniture is great and beds are quite comfortable. I would stay again and definitely recommend!

The room is good size, all the things works good, front desk is very nice, and helpful. It is an old building for sure, elevator is old one, but all function well. Heating and cooling works well too. Nothing to complain, nice stay.

Wow! Great accommodation for the price. Plus hot bacon & eggs breakfast. Was very happy with the stay and the price was so good I diverted from Fort St. John just to save a few bucks.

Mixed bag. Didn’t have time to check out gym. Price was good. Hotel had high review ratings, and we were in a non-smoking room. Unfortunately it smelled of cigarette smoke. Hated that. Additionally. when we first got to room it was slightly ajar- unnerving!
Bed comfortable enough. Got in off long road trip - jand up at 5am to keep going, so just wanted sleep, so didn’t report when got in. In a.m. used body lotion, but it went rancid- smelled bad. Had to clean off myself.
Breakfast was great tasting with great service and was free.
