The hotel is lovely, modern, quiet and the rooms are ideal for a good night of sleep after a long day.
The breakfast is also amazing, delicious food with a high quality standard.
The service in general is the best part of it, the staff is brilliant, and it is what make me to return to Napoleon everytime I visit Cherasco.

107 房间。凌晨 00:30，他仍在用很大的音量听隔壁房间里的电视机声音。早上 5 点，传来关门声，毫无起码的尊重。 6:45，我被 109 房间的电话铃声吵醒。虽然酒店不错，提供很多服务，但是却不能休息，所以这也没用，我想这将是我最后一次住拿破仑酒店了。
