There is no reception, when someone arrives there's a number at door to call . The gentleman who served me was super unfriendly. The facilities are horrible. We had a washbasin in the room that was dripping from underneath to the floor, everything was dirty, room in very bad condition. I tried to talk with about this issues and the answer was: "if you want to stay here, with these conditions, stay, otherwise you can leave". Never in my life have I been in such a bad place, in conditions like this. It is preferable to pay a little more and stay in a place where we are not treated like garbage.
