First time in JM and glad we found this Condos. Rented one on second floor with amazing views. Awesome 2 bedroom unit, updated, clean, well stocked kitchen, owners of this condo put lot of effort and lovely touches. You feel yourself like home soon as step inside. We cooked everyday, kitchen very well equipped. Take a taxi to local LFA Country Store and you golden. we paid $5 each way. AAA condo apartment in the midfle of 7 Mile Beach

The unit was better than expected, very spacious, clean, and full of amenities. Furniture, beds, snd AC all great! I will be returning snd rentong beach view. Great prices too! Restaurant served one of the best ackee and saltfish breakfastvall trip! Security was also vey friendly abd generous!

I absolutely loved my stay at this beachfront property! November 2024 was my first time staying here and I loved it so much I cancelled my May 2025 reservation at a different property and stayed here for my 2nd visit. From the moment I made my reservation to the day I checked out, the staff made the experience exceptional. Everyone—from the reservation team to the front desk, housekeeping, security, and the bar/restaurant crew—was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. Their warm hospitality made it feel like a home away from home. I can't wait to come back!

Pro: separate AC in all rooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Clean. Approachable and helpful staff.

Con: no toiletries. Tiny private beach with only four dry grass beach umbrellas.

Our lower jungle condo was amazing!!! Such a great space to stay with family! The house is divided like wings with the kitchen and living room as the center. It worked perfectly for me and my husband with our 2 kids. The spa is also lovely, Cecile is divine and he massages are super healing, and the food at the restaurant is delicious.

This hotel do NOT care about their guests or their reputation. I urge you to reconsider if you are looking at booking to stay. The moment we checked in we were informed the wifi isn’t working, there was no indication on when it would be fixed and wifi is a big factor in what we look for where we stay, so we were immediately disappointed not being able to contact anyone or be reached. On arriving in our room, there was a used cloth on the side and blood stained bedding. As reception is only open until 5 pm we had to raise it to security and thankfully housekeeping had not yet left (but had also finished for the day) the out of hours contact is security and this is not appropriate if you need something in relation to your stay. On the night of our stay, an event was taking place next to the property - this is of course not in the hotel’s control. while we don’t mind loud music and expect some noise being close to the main road in negril, we felt it’s the hotels responsibility to be aware of events like this and at least inform their guests for awareness - the noise, music and shouting went on until 3.45am The following morning, in an attempt to try and get over an initially bad experience, we started to unpack and settle into our room. We opened the bathroom draw to find dirty, used knickers had been left in there. Reception confirmed it’s housekeepings responsibility to check all the draws are empty - we were shocked to see yet again a failing on the cleanliness and hygiene in our room and it made us question the cleanliness of everything. Understandably we were not comfortable continuing to stay in the room and disappointed with our experience - we expressed it to reception requesting either a reasonable refund or complimentary room upgrade. Reception checked with the management team who only offered a 15% refund. After back and forth, they agreed to only 20% and refused the room upgrade. Not only am I disgusted by the lack of cleanliness in our room in the first place, I’m also horrified by managements complete lack of understanding and customer service. They showed little attempt to seek to make things right, effectively ruining the last few days of our trip and I would hate for any other guests to go through something similar. While the rooms do match the pictures to an extent - in reality they are dated and tired and in serious need of TLC. Our water went twice and the TV stopped working during our stay. We ended up checking out early as with news of the incoming hurricane/stormy weather we realised with everything to date we didn’t feel secure and looked after to stay throughout a hurricane. I don’t know if they will reply in an attempt to defend themselves but at this point it doesn’t even matter - they had multiple opportunities to make it right for paying guests and failed every time.

Spacious condo and perfect location on the amazing 7 mile beach with a nice large private balcony. Bed was very comfortable. Would have been nice to have better water pressure in the shower and a curtain on the bathroom window. Staff is wonderful and ocean front restaurant was good.

Kitchen could have used a set of pots and a kettle.

We found this place by chance, & omg what a find. We had 2 bedroom villa a stones throw to the ocean. The kitchen had everything. The beds were comfirtable but a little high of the ground. They had a living room with big screen tv. The couch could of been more comfortable, but not terrible. There is a restaurant which we fell in love with. The staff were amazing. Very friendly & accomodating. Great locay. Nice & quiet. Will go back.
