after a few times in the residence and a last year disaster experience, we gave the property a last chance this year as we adore the region. Wonderful surprise; the staff team has been changed, everybody so friendly and helpful, a real team, client- and solution oriented. Everything bright clean, any question answered right away, excellent advice what events take place. We had a small problem with the car and got sent to a garage next door with also excellent and immediate service. Everything functions again without any problems (Fitnessroom, laundry, luggage caddies, machines in the houses etc). Always a pleasant smile and a nice word, especially from Laurent, but also from the whole team. The property is well kept again, some additional security measures are taken and the handyman is continuously on his bike cruising around to see what to do and fix any problem right away. Maria assures cleaning and fills in for Laurent at reception, again only smile and efficiency. Laurent, just keep going and turn this beautiful property again to it's original standards (bigger frigs would be great!). The location is great to visit the mountains, the ocean at the Camargue, all the grots etc.
游泳池非常脏（头发、石头、树叶）。周围有很多黄蜂，地面严重受损，过滤系统坏了 2 年！！！尽管天气炎热，周围却没有遮阳伞。没有儿童俱乐部。绿地无人维护，所以露台前的草长到了桌子那么高！房子里没有空调，但可以借用一台风扇，房子里只有很少的设备（冰箱、咖啡机、水壶、洗碗机），没有烤箱，但接待处的人可以借用。没有直达商店的通道，最近的商店需要 10 分钟车程。面包店需要 15 分钟车程。洗衣机随时可用。除此之外，这个地方非常安静，步行街因此适合带孩子旅行。
员工友善，总体来说位置不错，但住宿设施不够实用，6/8 人入住：卫生间和浴室各一个，不太实用。游泳池不错，但 90 个房间只放了 20 张躺椅，而实际可容纳的人数是这个数字的三倍。
非常失望，住宿价格太贵，而且房间脏乱不堪，破损严重，不适合8人入住。床上用品很硬，有些床的床板缺失，床单泛黄，隔热效果很差，即使描述中注明有烤箱，也没有。我们不得不缩短住宿时间。
位于灌木丛中心的住宅，拥有舒适的房屋以及各种活动设施（室内外泳池、桑拿房和健身房）。工作人员热情周到，服务周到。房屋内设施略显简陋。
季末时节，这里安静宜人的住所。地理位置优越，方便探索周边地区。工作人员非常友好，游泳池和桑拿房非常实用。
令人满意，但要注意蜘蛛网和室内装修，以免有些不尽如人意。
