We were not able to stay at this property and are so disappointed about it. I'd forgotten that kids' passports expire in 5 years, and realized about a week before we were to travel that we'd missed it. Such a huge letdown!!! Anyway, I had done all my planning based on staying here and everything was going so smoothly. The location is perfect and convenient to activities, food, transportation, etc. The owner was an excellent communicator and provided all the information I needed, in a very timely manner. It is obvious that she is on top of things, and that gives me a lot of confidence (combined with the other great reviews on this site). We had to ask for some special considerations and she was very accommodating. We hope to reschedule our trip to Zermatt with current passports and will make every effort to stay at this property.
