Location is the only saving grace for this ppty and the peaceful vibes .. all my stars for this only … We took most expey room with only brekafast included option thinking we will order ala carte . But they have no ala carte and no room service and the charge per head is 1250 plus taxes which is very unreasonable for light eaters like us . We had lunch and the spread was defi not worth the five star rates charged. So for two meals it would basically mean an addition of 5k plus taxes for two people which is exorbitant ! Other bad experiences is poor access road which made moving out for meals unviable . Rooms are spacious but run down . No water , soap , handwash .. and we had to remind them 2-3 times for water in room. Overall we wouldn’t retunr and defi not reco anybody to come without checking these policies

I recently stayed for one night at Upper Deck Resort, Lonavala with my family, and the experience was disappointing. The biggest issue is access—reaching the property in the evening is extremely difficult and even frightening. The road is poorly maintained, signboards are unclear, and despite repeated requests from guests to flatten the connecting stretch, the management did nothing. I would strongly advise against arriving after 8 PM. While the location itself is scenic and good for photographs, the interiors of the rooms are subpar. Toilets have no exhaust, leaving them suffocating. Dinner service ends sharply at 10 PM, and when we arrived just five minutes late, everything was closed. With no nearby restaurants and unsafe roads at night, we had to argue with the staff just to get some food. You also won't find anything room delivery here due to lock of staffs. Another unpleasant surprise was the rigid check-out policy. Breakfast ends at 10 AM, and the moment the clock strikes 10, staff call to ask if they should collect your baggage. Unlike most resorts with a 12 Noon check-out, this felt abrupt and inconsiderate. Overall, the combination of poor access, mediocre rooms, inflexible dining, and unfriendly management made this stay frustrating. I would not return and do not recommend this resort to others.

The food and service is very good. Friendly staff. Sunday brunch is very great and attractive with others activities and local cuisine street live counters. Pool access is a good add on. Had a lovely time with friends

The location was extraordinary. The celebration on 31st December was nice. The only drawback is, they don't provide internet in the room.

I visited Upper Deck Resort, Lonavala with my family, and we had a wonderful experience. The resort is located on a hilltop with a stunning view of the valley and surrounding greenery. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was polite, friendly, and always ready to help. We enjoyed the pool area and the delicious food served at the restaurant. It’s a perfect place to relax, unwind, and spend quality time with family away from the city noise. Highly recommended for a peaceful weekend escape!😍😌

服务差，卫生差，房间规划很差。房间直接可以看到过往的客人，所以我们完全暴露在外面，没有贴膜或植物来保护隐私。千万不要订这家酒店。连毯子都发臭了。早餐的印度蒸米糕很不新鲜
