My fiancée and I stayed here for a week and had an amazing time. Zel is quiet and zen, but the staff are lively and so welcoming. The hotel and room were gorgeous, clean, and spacious, and the food was incredible. Our point of contact, Raphy, was by far the most integral part of what made our experience so memorable! He was lovely, personable and extremely attentive. He made us feel at home right away, and was always a text/call away when we needed anything. He consistently went the extra mile from beginning to end to make our stay more special and relaxing. Thanks to Raphy and the rest of Zel's staff for making our stay amazing, we will definitely be back.

Zel was very aesthetically pleasing. Tropical with and cozy vibes from the lobby to the rooms.
The service was great and the majority of staff speaks English, the food at this property was really good. Our favorite dining option was the steak house 10/10.
We had a butler that came with our room, Erickson was very helpful in making our stay comfortable and unforgettable. I highly recommend booking a treatment at the spa, definitely my top experience at this resort.
This property also has a club on site which was fun to go to after dinner.

My mom, sister and I had a week long vacation here and Alvaro was with us the whole way! He was so helpful, kind and patient. He assisted us with whatever we needed. Alexis the experience manager was also so helpful, its not everyday the higher ups in a resort or hotel take time and care into cultivating an experience specific to their guests needs and we are so thankful to him for that. The staff overall was so great from the housekeeping to the servers at the restaurants, everyone treated us like family and after a week that’s what it felt like we became considering the resort is a smaller more intimate resort which we really loved. We also had an amazing day at the spa, the three of us got a massage and it was top of the line service.
10/10 recommend to anyone looking to travel to punta cana.

The spa was beautiful and relaxing. Everything in the resort smelled and looked very fresh. The couples massage was perfect. The swim up master suite was AMAZING! The staff was extremely attentive and accommodating. They gave us the perfect honeymoon.

We were glad that we went during slow season so that we could thoroughly enjoy the tranquility of the property. There were enough guests to provide company without it every being busy or over crowded as since all-inclusives are known to be.
Diverse restaurants, the staff were very hospitable and you could see they're like a happy family. We had a couple of minor maintenance challenges but they were handled well. We did much of nothing and just lazed around but it was enjoyable. We never left except to take the shuttle down to the very chic Beach Club. Definitely a memorable visit.
