This hotel was great! The only downfall is they don’t have enough staff to attend to guest imagine on a Saturday and there is only one bartender serving everyone at the swim up bar, also at the prepare your eggs the way you like it only one person to cook the eggs can you imagine the line and wait at these station it was terrible other than that everything else was excellent

I really enjoyed my stay at the Radisson (2 nights).There was a shortage of staff but the staff I encountered were super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great with local traditional options as well as English and American. I had a special request for my elderly mum and this was responded to and communicated in advance of our stay. The amenities by beach was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

We were out for the entire day and our room never got cleaned.
Very weak internet connection in rooms.
Nobody was ever at the Towel hut.
Food service was horrible. About an hour wait for food!
I was standing at the bar one evening trying to get water for my son and they simply ignored me.

The property was beautiful, and the staff were amazing. Kendra, Akeem, and Dillon went above and beyond — attentive, welcoming, and professional. I wish the dinner menu had more local options, and service at the bar and restaurant was slow at times, likely due to limited staff. The new beach bar was great — it would be even better with beachside food and drink service. Overall, a wonderful stay with a few small areas for improvement.

主泳池和带有瀑布的庭院非常漂亮，我们很享受在那里度过的时光。泳池酒吧还可以，但服务有点慢，也不太细心。
住宿期间我们吃了一顿晚餐，味道尚可，但早餐不得不说太糟糕了。大部分食物都难以下咽，选择也很奇怪。他们试图提供欧陆式和加勒比式早餐的混合，但大多数菜品都不能吃。虽然是自助餐，但你不能自己去取餐，大约有四名工作人员需要帮你把自助餐的食物盛到盘子里。这样有点尴尬，人一多就容易堵塞。厨师需要重新学习一下“法式吐司”到底是什么。是的，法式吐司是用隔夜的干面包做的，但那面包需要完全浸泡在牛奶和鸡蛋混合物中。然而，厨师只是拿了非常干的面包，稍微涂了一点蛋液，然后两面煎了一下。所以虽然吐司外面有蛋液，但吐司本身却是完全干燥、难以下咽。我们在住宿期间尝试了所有早餐自助餐的食物，唯一做得比较好的是咸鱼。芭蕉油腻腻的，香肠味道不对劲，炒鸡蛋很难看，煎饼吃起来像纸板。冷食的选择也很奇怪。只有一种麦片可选，如果你对其中一种成分过敏或不喜欢，那就没办法了。冷切肉和奶酪的选择也很少（而且你不能自己从自助餐取），水果不新鲜，他们只提供一种酸奶，我们住的时候是“桃子味”的。通常酒店至少会有原味酸奶和不含谷物的燕麦片。这让人很失望，对于这个价格和酒店自称的级别来说，这简直无法接受。
