The property was beautiful, the staff was outstanding and excellent customer service. However, the room didn’t not get cool enough and they had to bring me a fan and the bathroom wooden shower door was rotted and chipping. The room needs to be updated.

Needs better or more thoughtful welcome gifts.
For the cost, there could have been better welcome gifts, like a beach, tote bag. There was no bag at all, which is not on par with hotels in this range.

Absolutely breath taking views around the pool. Big beautiful rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful property, staff and pool are amazing. My only complaint is I wish there was at least one more food option and or shopping area closer. It is hard getting taxis on the island but even for the pharmacy would be nice to have something onsite or closer.

但服务还不能完全达到五星级酒店的标准。大部分工作人员都太初级了（除了代客泊车服务和管家），面带微笑，但不一定很专心。餐饮一般，不错，但不算特别，而且相对昂贵。游泳池向外界开放且没有测量装置的问题，这扰乱了游泳池的平静（我们住在那里的那天，许多有孩子的家庭住在岛上），并给酒店客人留下了不再受益于平静的印象以及机构的私人方面）。办理入住时遇到的问题：我们被带到了一个风景优美的房间，但已经被占用了……因此我们被带到了分配给我们的房间，但很失望，因为景色不太好……
服务和餐饮质量需要提高，以符合五星级标准，并设置欢迎酒店外人员进入游泳池的标准，让顾客有宾至如归的感觉，让游泳池仍然是一个宁静的天堂。
