We would like to give special thanks to the manager Sameer and his fantastic team (Babul Ali, Adnan, Irfan, Sachin, and everyone else). They were extremely helpful with any request, even the most difficult ones late at night. They saved our holiday. The hotel is absolutely spotless, the breakfast is plentiful, and above all, it is well located in a strategic area. This hotel is recommended for anyone who wants to fully appreciate India. Luxury hotel with high quality services situated in a strategic location in Mumbai. Top notch services at affordable prices. Very good hygiene level and cleanliness. Good variety of food for buffet. Bottle of water is supplied everyday in room. Mr Sameer and his staff have done their utmost best to fulfill all of our requests.
