I am honestly very frustrated with my stay at Anika Resort. I was told they will charge ₱50 just for a towel even if I return it upon check out. In addition, when I asked for an extra room key, they said there is a ₱500 deposit refundable which Already paid 1000 pesos for the BOND, THIS IS UNNECESSARY and INCONVENIENT FOR THE GUEST!!! The entire experience felt disappointing, especially because of how the manager name LOVELY YUVALLOS handled the situation. I WONDER WHY SHE GOT HER POSITION, SHE SHOULD BE FIRED AND DO NOT EVEN GET A ROLE IN HOSPITALITY AT ALL!!! She was completely lacking empathy and did not do anything to address or even acknowledge my concern. It’s very disheartening to see a manager act so indifferent toward guests issues. Filipinos are known for their customer service but this LOVELY YUVALLOS (MANAGER) DON'T EVEN HAVE THIS SKILLS! These policies are unreasonable and not guest focused, and the managements attitude only made things worse. As a Les Clefs d’Or member from New Zealand, I was expecting at least a sense of hospitality, understanding, and care but unfortunately, none of that was shown. I left feeling frustrated and deeply disappointed. I will never recommend Anika Resort to any of my colleagues or guests. They truly need to re-evaluate their policies and, most importantly, their approach to customer service!!!! NOT WORTH A CENTS AT ALL!!!

As stated by all the bad reviews, they are all correct. They care more about the $$$ than actual customer service. This is the worst accommodation I ever had. Not recommended. Please don’t visit this place.

Our Txx family vacation with our US and NZ balikbayans. Had a great 3D/2N stay here. The beach area was simply AMAZING, our photos may not even be able to show just how good the view was. We stayed in rooms for 3. There was enough room for us to move about. We were situated near the pool (yes, they have a pool).

Honestly this is the worst place, dirty rooms, worst smell and I swear it's untidy. Don't ever trust this hotel. Pictures fool you. I was hoping that it could be decent but no it's the worst. Don't ever come to this place and you'll regret it. Disgusting hotel

性价比不高。不含早餐的房间不值 600 元。网站上的价格和一般价格都虚高了。最好通过酒店自己的网站预订:**************************** 费用会更低。优点是场地维护良好,距离港口 5 分钟路程,还有游泳池。酒店还有海滩,但班塔延的任何公共海滩都会让您感觉很棒,因为水很清澈,沙子很白,只有一些地方有来自大海的垃圾,但这是一个环境问题,因为人们不清理自己,对自然抱有自私的态度。酒店内的餐厅要贵得多。我喜欢意大利面和猪肉,披萨还可以,但鱼很干。缺点是,由于房间是用集装箱建造的,所以没有隔音效果,大声说话的邻居会打扰您。由于安装不当,空调发出像杜卡迪发动机一样的嗡嗡声,晚上无法使用,因为噪音让人无法入睡,但没有空调又会闷热。房间里的热水有问题,没有网络,只有公共区域有。这可以看作是优点也可以看作缺点。另外,有点不明白为什么保安和游泳池的工作人员每天都会问你住在哪个房间,尽管我是酒店里唯一带着孩子的外国人。由于酒店的终端机出现问题,有时无法使用银联银行卡也是一个问题。在岛上取现金是个问题,因为自动取款机不能用。没有提供牙刷或牙膏,肥皂和洗发水只在开始时提供。
宜人的度假村,坐落在美丽的海滩边。只要你订的是海景房,价格会贵很多,或者靠近海滩。尤其要避免泳池边的房间。餐食价格昂贵,而且很普通,早餐不包含在内,而且味道也不好。不过,工作人员很周到,非常友好。房间里没有无线网络,只有餐厅和泳池有。
这是关于容器的!你好,幽闭恐惧症的朋友们!!白色灯光,没有椅子,来自另一个时代的空调!!最棒的是:员工无力又几乎不笑!!质量/价格比很差...海滩就是污水处理厂...简而言之...应该避免!!
褒贬不一的评价,优点:巨大且非常干净的游泳池,维护良好且郁郁葱葱的花园,地理位置优越。 床上用品的质量相当好。 相当不错的餐厅。 缺点:海滩不一定“适合游泳”(清洁度和浑浊的水)。 房间很破旧,空调设备过时,只能在 16 度时工作,所以我们晚上不得不把它关掉,但随后却被热气吵醒。 浴室不够清洁。 最重要的是... 我们入住期间无需进行清洁!每天你都会发现床铺没整理,浴室也不一定干净,垃圾桶里堆满了东西(我知道你不能把卫生纸扔进马桶,所以我让你想象一下那种味道)。为了得到新的浴巾,我们不得不提出要求。总之,这是一家外观非常漂亮的酒店,房间有些不足。不过工作人员仍然彬彬有礼,乐于助人。
