NOOOOO! You CANNOT close a door softly! ALL night long, we were awakened by doors closing that sounded like they were being slammed... My mama once told me the sign of a good hotel was if they had Kleenex. Nope. Called the front desk to ask for some. Nope. We can give you a roll of toilet tissue. Dedicated smoking area. Right next to the entrance. Front desk personnel? We were obviously interrupting her smart phone time. We must have been SO inconvenient. No coffee pot. No breakfast. The definition of value may be described as "Best bang for your buck". This place was $10.00 less that other nearby options. I'd pay $10.00 more for a good nights sleep, coffee and breakfast.

This was the worst stay on our Tennessee road trip. We didn't go with any preconceptions, just wanted somewhere basic to stay for one night. We had experienced the warmest, friendliest hospitality whilst in Tennessee so when we checked in her and the person on the desk barely looked at us and was pretty rude, it felt as though they coukdn not be bothered with us at all and we were an inconvenience, we only wanted to check in nothing else. The room was very basic and felt dirty, I wouldn't walk around without anything on my feet. It wasn't cheap either, definitely not value for money. I would not recommend staying here.

The Americas Best Value had most of the things we look for in a stop over hotel as we travel for work. It is a clean, cost effective no frills place to sleep and get a shower just outside Knoxville, with easy access back on to I40. Ample parking, in a safe feeling location. We stayed in an adequately sized room with a king size bed. The room had a tile floor that was clean no carpet . Adequate hot water and a quiet air conditioner that worked well. Room amenities were a TV, phone and clock, in room mini fridge , No hair dryer was provided .No art work. Basic linens on the bed. Breakfast was hot coffee or tea and breakfast bars. It is a no smoking hotel. Pets are allowed, but only in certain rooms. The staff was accommodating. This one worked for us.

Booked hotel with ***********, one of my payments methods was not accepted I was told to update within 5 hours. I updated it within 10 minutes my reservation was canceled. I called to see if I could rebook reservations. He was rude from the start, he told me they do not go by *********** guidelines, kept over talking me, then advised if I don’t have the money stay home. I asked for a supervisor he then proceeded to call me a N*gger and it’s not his vault I was brought over here as a slave and told me if I came up to the hotel I would be shot. With the violence rising across America I feel like this very disturbing and needs to be address in a timely matter.

I had negative preconceptions of this hotel brand, but this hotel was actually updated, clean, and safe. It was also competitively priced. A pool was advertised on the sign out front but was completely green. If I were a kid or someone who wanted to swim, that would have been disappointing.
