Great location. Breakfast was good and simple! Room very clean . Didn’t know we would be in a handicapped accessible room - so shower was not what we expected but we made it work. Staff was very friendly.

Last minute booking, we were surprised by the condition of the hotel, brand new ? No already 6 years old. Excellent coffee at breakfast. Pleasant stay !

maid service could have been better. We spent two days with no liquid soap in the shower dispenser. Maid should have checked this every day.

It looks like a soda can sprayed on the room wall near our door.
I waited in line quite a while for the traveller in front of us to get checked in. My check in was very brief.

We went to a concert at Alpine Valley. Holiday Inn was very convenient to this venue. Although we chose to drive ourselves they provided a shuttle bus for convenience.

Our stay was excellent. I cannot think of anything that could have been better.

到处都是吵闹不堪的人，酒店里却无人管束。大堂里到处都是醉汉，还有成群的家长和孩子，吵闹声震耳欲聋，甚至传到了房间里。
