Found someone’s hat on a table in the room when I arrived. Water for non-members was two dollars. Felt overall new hotel very safe plenty of parking and was nice and quiet. Could not hear door slamming or people walking in the halls. Good option to stay overnight in Lansing

We utilized our room, the hotel, the lobby store and the restaurant for breakfast. All was fantastic but the smell in the hallway on floor two was AWFUL. I can't speak for the other floor but be sure you do not request floor 2- when i called concerned that it smelled of sulfar they informed me that it was common. We had to hold our breath from our room to the elevator.

I only slept in the room and used the pool and hot tub. The pool was cold the hot tub hot, jets worked good, and the room clean.

Great location near the highway with a wide variety of restaurants and shopping nearby. The added bonus is Horrocks across the street; it's a Lansing area treasure and an amazing experience.

Overall, we were comfortable with this place. Since Covid we have to remember to ask about room service before we book because different places have different rules. Not all our trash was taken out of the room and the stains around the base of the toilet were disappointing. The staff were some of the bests, we have had in Lansing. We were in town due a dear friend passing away. I could see us staying here again when we are in Lansing.
