Check in process was easy. Traveling as a single female, I appreciated how the staff kept my safety and security in mind during check in. Hotel was bright, clean, modern. Room was amazing. Very clean, light was on upon entering, room had been set to a comfortable temperature prior to arrival. Bed was comfy, slept very well. Breakfast was delicious and so many choices that I’ve not seen offered by other hotels before. There was noise that could be heard from people walking above, or walking in the halls, but was quiet during quiet hours. Will definitely look for this chain of hotels for my next stay.

The room was comfortable and clean. They had everything we needed for our stay. The staff was friendly and responsive. We will stay there when we go back to Yakima.

Overall this is a great place to stay. Very friendly front desk staff and the facility is clean. Our only complaint would be the cleaning of the rooms. They state they will clean ever other day of your stay, which is not a problem, except that did not happen. We had to ask for clean towels after the room was not “cleaned” and on the night of our departure we had to extend our stay and had to request the room be addressed after our 5 days of being there. They did take care of the issue after the request was made.

An amazing place to stay after spending the day and evening hiking at Mount Rainier. The suite was very spacious! It included a fridge, freezer, dishes, glasses, mugs for hot drinks, dish soap, small kitchen sink and dishwasher. We converted the sofa into a sofa bed and used the two queen beds. There was ample desk room and counter space and plenty of bed side lights. Loved the dark out curtains. Very nice bathroom and spacious shower with provided shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Since we got in after midnight we didn’t make it to breakfast. We appreciated the noon check out time as we had a late night.
