It was new year eve 2026. Everything was excellent from food, ambience, staff hospitality, music, singer etc. Manpreet ma'am has guided us very well and make us comfortable in every way.

Clean. Efficient. Very kind and helpful staff. Met my every need including helping me buy a suitcase and getting it delivered to my room! I enjoyed my stay completely in India!

Awesome hotel. Good place and good staff. Lobby is quiet decorative and the rooms are well maintained. Ms. Walia is leading a strong team. The management has truly hired best people of hotel industry. Keep it up.

一家物超所值的四星级酒店，装饰奢华，氛围也很不错。餐饮选择不多。
预订三人房时，洗漱用品应该准备三份。冰箱里也应该备好软饮（当然可以后期收费）。
非常重要的一点是，卫生间里没有排气扇，这让人很惊讶。
希望酒店能考虑以上建议并改进设施。

我很后悔住在齐拉克普尔——如果你想游览昌迪加尔，一定要在那里预订，别吝啬。酒店还行，就是没有吸烟区，比如屋顶或楼层之间。早餐只有鸡肉香肠或烤鸡两种非素食选择。床架质量很差——我的手指被割得很厉害，跛了好几天。最近的ATM机有点糟糕：他们把我的印度银行卡冻结了两天。这里可以打Uber，开车到昌迪加尔市中心需要20-30分钟，具体时间取决于交通状况。总的来说，这里还行，但不算完美！客房服务很棒，我非常喜欢这里的食物。感谢早餐工作人员——他们非常友好，尤其是做煎蛋卷的那个女孩。我一定会再住这里的！
