The woman who was checking me in tried to over charge me as she didn't understand the system. Her communication was very poor as when I went to pay the security deposit, she assumed I would jusy know not to use the pin on my debit card then just assumed I only needed one key even though the room was for 2 people. Simply put, this individual employee needed more training and much better communication. The person who stepped in to resolve the situation knew what he was doing

Wonderful room!
Was a bit disappointed in the small signage saying the cost of the breakfast. Should specify on the sight that it is available for an additional charge.

Great location connected to the event center. Hotel check in and check out on the Hilton app was so easy. Room was clean and stay was nice. Felt safe and staff were helpful.

Stayed the night while passing thru to J Bird Wines - was a very clean and modern facility, staff was very friendly, room was very nice - absolutely no complaints!

We were in room 210 and we could hear the people above us walking around. Not sure if it’s an issue with the building or they were just loud!

Very helpful staff, wonderful restaurant on-site, emasculate beautiful rooms, and a gorgeous lobby area. This is my favorite hotel in the St. Cloud / Waite Park area by far. Easy parking, safe, and quiet.

We loved everything about this property. The only one thing I could say is that the bathroom door is a sliding barn door, which means you don’t have full privacy in the bathroom.

Toilet did not flush.
Immediately after checking into our room, we realized that the toilet was not flushing and called the front desk. An employee did come up and try to resolve the issue, but was not successful.. We left the hotel to attend a concert and we were told that the toilet would be fixed while we were gone. Upon return, we found it was not. We were staying on the third floor and had to walk down to use the bathroom in the lobby entrance for the rest of our stay very inconvenient. I brought it to the attention of the front desk they offered no resolve. I talked to the front desk again in the morning and again no resolve.
