Very helpful staff, wonderful restaurant on-site, emasculate beautiful rooms, and a gorgeous lobby area. This is my favorite hotel in the St. Cloud / Waite Park area by far. Easy parking, safe, and quiet.

We loved everything about this property. The only one thing I could say is that the bathroom door is a sliding barn door, which means you don’t have full privacy in the bathroom.

Toilet did not flush.

Immediately after checking into our room, we realized that the toilet was not flushing and called the front desk. An employee did come up and try to resolve the issue, but was not successful.. We left the hotel to attend a concert and we were told that the toilet would be fixed while we were gone. Upon return, we found it was not. We were staying on the third floor and had to walk down to use the bathroom in the lobby entrance for the rest of our stay very inconvenient. I brought it to the attention of the front desk they offered no resolve. I talked to the front desk again in the morning and again no resolve.

Excellent stay and customer service! We even got to check into a room a bit early so that our son could get dressed for his wedding-staff went above and beyond, and the hotel itself is a great and clean facility!
