Me and my family had a very bad experience staying in this hotel. It's 3 star but service and facilities offered is too bad. The rooms and bathrooms were very smelly, untidy bedsheets and towels, no proper service from the front desk. I had to follow up multiple times for getting a water bottle. The front desk guy is never attentive, and his behaviour felt rude and un professional to me.

Experience was really poor, bathroom was having bad smell, food services were not good,there was no phone number plate anywhere,after going so many times on the reception and asking for the contact number of room services,we got it and after calling on it,no one was picking the call to have food order and the excuse given by them was we are having some parties organised here so the staff is busy,they said we will send someone to take your order in 5 minutes but 1.5 hrs passed and no one came,lamps were broken in the room,they added the wrong price in the final bill, kettle was broken inside the room,worst stay ever,there was no one at the reception to help out,they were just giving excuses.

I am a Corporate Traveller, explaining from starting when we entered it was very bad order like any dead thing is giving bad order in the whole reception all area, when we entered the room was giving very bad order. there were broken cattle no towel, no TV was working , no water, we called him reception multiple times no answer we called up restaurant on three numbers there were no answer everything was nightmare and I am targetting. It was black out in the bathroom. Staff was not supportive

The air conditioning in the room was not working, and there was a strong unpleasant odor. They provided a fan, but it was also non-functional. The overall conditions were extremely poor. I was unable to sleep the entire night, which ruined my next day.
The food quality was also very bad.
The morning breakfast had very limited options, and the same items were repeated the next day. In the evening, I ordered chicken curry, but it was disappointing
