酒店回复: You did not stay at this hotel . You are the 'friend' (the lady's daughter) of the two people we had to ask to leave the hotel last night following an incident (now reported to police). You kept ringing us through the night shouting about duty of care and threatening those on the end of the phone. We are a family friendly hotel with an excellent history of keeping our guests safe and comfortable and in line with this, following the incident in which two guests smashed up a hotel room, caused a disturbance by shouting and banging in their bedroom, we were forced to ask them to leave. This was done without judgement and in the quietest, most discreet manner possible. The police were not called at the time as one of them begged us not to as they claimed to already have had run ins with the police before and were likely to be in big trouble if they were arrested. I chose to be sensitive to this and as far as I was concerned the matter was resolved with them leaving. I did not charge for the damage caused which I have every right to do. The lady arrived with a broken arm (in plaster) and at no time reported that she had been beaten or suffered any injury, nor did the man who accompanied her (her long term boyfriend). There was no apparent bruising or injury to either party, only to the room that had been allocated to them. Both people admitted to drug use and alcohol consumption, with the phrase ********* used (by them) several times. I had to think of the safety of the other guests who were witness to the antics of the day and so took the decision to ask them to leave the premises. At no time were either party treated with disrespect and if at any time I felt that either party were at risk or a risk to each other I would have called the police, regardless of any begging not to. I checked with both parties throughout that they were alright and they kept assuring me that they were and that they were 'sorted' and it was a simple misunderstanding. If anyone was made to feel unsafe, it was I and the other guests who had to deal with and listen to the rantings, gurning, swearing and erratic behaviours of these two drug addled individuals. If either individual claims to feel like dirt or worthless this is their own doing and in no way reflects the actions of myself, my staff and my other guests. The fact that you chose to air this dirty laundry on a worldwide public site could only contribute to this and you should be ashamed of treating your family this way.
