Everything was very good. Staff well trained and friendly. Nice breakfast too, excellent views across the river. Staff organised an "open mic. night (Oscar) which was brilliant, hope they do it again.

Stayed for three nights in November, hotel was really nice, clean and the staff were really helpful. Only ate breakfast at the hotel but it was very good.

Hotel desperately needs a refurb, not a cheap stay either. It was cold in the bedroom as the radiator didn't do anything to heat it up. Noisy floors in bedrooms and hallways meant broken sleep as neighbours were quite noisy. Reception staff were lovely and the location is great.

I’m sorry you were disturbed by creaking floorboards and noise from an adjacent room. I apologise for this disturbance; we take pride in our levels of comfort and ambiance; it is disappointing to learn that peace and quiet within the bedroom was lacking. We do expect a level of mutual respect from guests, sorry if this wasn’t forthcoming. Thankfully, your experience is rarity. I have also requested that our maintenance team check the floorboards and tighten/replace any loose screws as a matter of urgency. Thank you once again for bringing these issues to our attention.
