We are really sorry about all inconveniences occurred in regards to towels not being replaced on time and the shower pressure causing issues. Your feedback is extremely valued as it supports our continuous work on taking our services to their best for your comfort. This has been looked into today together with the relevant departments and it seems like it has been maybe a confusion that we offer more changes of towels per day. We are happy to offer new fresh towels every couple of days in between weekly cleans, as per our standard and sustainability support. We hope to welcome you back someday, for another lovely stay. 极差的房间,入住需要去另一栋楼拿钥匙,Wi-Fi完全连不上,没有服务员打扫,浴巾也不更换,冲淋房手柄脏到全是水垢,下水道不畅通,没有空调,楼下酒吧街相当吵闹,太耽误工作了,有史以来最差的一间酒店式公寓,千万别选,就是个骗中国人的玩意儿

这套公寓有很多地方需要维修。我们觉得它只用来出租,这很可惜,因为它地理位置优越,而且非常舒适。晚上噪音很大,但这正是住在市中心的缺点。公寓很大,床上用品质量也很好。
4 天没有 wifi,街道噪音大,热水器声音大,没有厨房毛巾,公寓维护得不太好。靠近剧院和许多餐厅。位置很好,靠近地铁站。
位置很好,设施一般,清洁不彻底。浴室门很脏。真恶心!床单很好。沙发床床垫又薄又硬,上面没有床垫保护垫。卧室窗户打不开。沟通不畅。电子邮件总是被忽略。
公寓相当简陋,略显陈旧,但干净、设施齐全,位置优越。如果您想要比普通酒店更大的空间,那么这里物有所值。
这是一个非常令人沮丧的机构。要知道,这里没有接待处——这不是一家酒店——他们不会帮你保管行李,而且办理入住手续的距离是 6 个街区——所以你必须拎着所有行李。当我经过长途飞行到达那里时,我的钥匙还没有准备好。在没有方向的空旷走廊里,没有人可以亲自交谈。我不是在开玩笑,这就像暮光区。在发送的欢迎信中,WhatsApp 号码并不存在——我以为我被骗了。如果您在办理入住前恳求他们帮您保管行李,他们会引导您前往第三个地点。这不应该被误认为是任何类型的酒店——它更像是一家经营不善的 Airbnb。我们的淋浴没有热水。他们最终让我们直接联系的那个女人很可爱而且乐于助人。非常干净。如果您想住一周或更长时间,那可能会很好……作为一个晚上,这太可怕了。
住房管理很差,毛巾更换很慢,只有一把钥匙,所以一家人整个旅行都必须使用一把钥匙。
