Lovely place but infested with these small type cockroaches that hide in walls and dark areas of the two bedroom apartment, they were everywhere in the kitchen, bathroom, toilet, even on our beds. All of us had the itchy skin all throughout our stay. And because the apartment was near the hospital we had to put up with all those cockroaches. It's was disgusting! We stayed more then 10 days to be treated like this. When blackout happened, it took more then 3 hours for the genset to power up and for electricity to reach out apartment. I felt sorry for the stuff as they didn't have proper cleaning supplies like gloves, spray bottles, the mops were worn out and they used coconut brooms to sweep the apartments. I'm not sure if the management are doing their jobs.. but it's petty obvious they're not. The whole two bedroom apartment building needs a fumigation and renovation, some ovens are not working, I know that because we keep moving from one apartment to another, some lights are dim, and when they do go dim, the cockroaches come out, some of the fridges need replacement and some floor tiles are broken. The motel doesn't have a restaurant as stated in other sites, and it take an hour for the concierge to arrive. The reception is always closed. There is also no room service. During our stay, our bedding were never replaced until I told them that we're sleeping on dirty beddings. It was awful. I'm sure the one bedroom apartments are better then this but never ever let your family and kids live in the two bedroom apartment.
