The hotel used to be amazing but lately it’s like the service is getting less specially with the high price tag.
Asked for fresh towels and toilet paper on the third day of stay and was handled unfolded damp towels in a pile !
The toilet paper roll had detergent spilled over it!
Asked for 30 minutes late check out on a Monday and was instantly denied which I understand as it’s an option not a given.
Just think that a good hotel service in this industry would make a huge difference to the guests specially with high end price range

位置好，干净。标准的简易早餐。
这家酒店很好找，而且非常干净。我们那天办理入住的时候，员工非常友好。早餐不错，但酒店或许可以稍微做些改变。无论在哪里入住，酒店提供的热食都大同小异，也许可以稍微换换花样？

房间不小间，一开始暖气出了问题，前台小姐热情处理，还请全家吃泡面，还不错，早餐一般，位置附近很多商场蛮方便的
