The owner apparently has had issues with people disputing charges when the person staying is not the person who's card is on file. They made me pay for the room when there is a card on file. This resulted in not only my mom's card (the card on file) getting charged, but my card as well. And now they aren't cooperating in our dispute of the charge on my mom's card. This is a terrible business practice and the owner should be ashamed.

It wasnt what it said online. The washer and dryer didnt work. You couldnt go through the lobby after a certain time. You had to go all the way around and go to the window to get service. My last time going there

We enjoyed our week stay at the Baymont and suites. The staff was nice and very respectful!!

The carpet in the halls smelled very bad. They definitely need to replace,. Room was okay for the price. Bed was comfy.

The check-in was wonderful. The front desk clerk was attentive and responsive. Check out was a disaster. The front desk clerks did not acknowledge me, nor greet me. They need customer service training or perhaps work in another area of the hotel.

They had children staying in rooms, running through the hallway, screaming and yelling until about 3 o’clock in the morning I have twins, they were trying to sleep all through the noise

I booked 2 rooms with double beds got a king. They told me the couch was a pull out wasn’t. They said they didn’t have extra pillows or blankets

I want a refund because when I walked it had a terrible smell and the man there told me. That we didn’t have a reservation. He could not take my reservation.

Dead roaches
Checked in at 3am. Only 2 cars in the parking lot should have been the first clue. Front desk person clueless. She acted like she didn't know I was coming. Did not ask for ID or sign any paperwork. Asked if I wanted to pay cash or card. She was obviously upset and confused that I wanted to use cash. Handed me one single room key. No receipt. No little paper cover with the room number. No directions to how to get to the room. Room was disgusting. Dead roaches in the floor, mold in the shower, window blinds did not close all the way. Second room was even worse, plus the lock was broken. Refused to give me a refund, pointing to the sign that said refunds were not given after 10 minutes. I told her the only reason it took more than 10 minutes was because I had to make multiple trips back and forth to the lobby. I had to threaten to call the police before receiving a refund.
