Room was very nice, very clean and very comfortable. Gated parking and Starbucks in the lobby…a plus.

The property was clean, quiet and the desk attendant was very helpful and good customer service. Room was equipped with what was needed and you could always ask for service.

I've stayed here a few times. The staff is always very friendly. I was a little disappointed this visit due to the lack of water pressure in the bathroom sink. I did mention it and they said they would tske care of it. The beds are firm and the rooms are clean. I visited for 2 nights in July.

我刚办理入住时，因为没带房卡开门，就被工作人员态度恶劣地对待。当然，当时我还没正式入住。从一开始，他们的客户服务就很差劲。我试着在房间里用熨斗，结果熨斗的塑料部分冒出的烟非常浓，差点触发了烟雾报警器。我尝试换熨斗，却被告知仓库里没有了，而且当我提出换货时，他们还对我态度很差。我的房间里还有蟑螂。空调几乎不起作用，房间根本凉不下来。我以后绝不会再选择这家酒店。
房间里很多东西都是坏的，不推荐入住。空调整晚噪音巨大。房间里还有闪烁的指示灯，电视关不掉，浴室的淋浴也坏了。
小酒馆的食物很糟糕，房间很热，空调也不好用，淋浴水压也很低。
