The apartment is located in a very desirable and safe part of the south beach area and accessible to public transportation. However, the quality of the unit is just average.

I stayed in this hotel on 25th of April 2025 with my family. Absolutely loved it. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. We stayed in two bedroom suite and the only concern was about air conditioning system of the suit. One bedroom was very cold and other was never cool enough. Thank you very much!

We booked the 2 bedroom apartment. The check in instructions were very clear and check in was a breeze. Accommodations were very clean, beds comfortable. Very well appointed kitchen with dishes for 6 people. The coffee machine with pods is a very nice touch. There was beach towels, which was great. We didn't find it extremely noisy despite many reviews stating that it was. But they provided earplugs for people who needed them. Check out was also a breeze. Did not communicate with the management during our stay so cannot comment on that. Location is awesome, with the beach being only one block away. Lots of options for dining, groceries, liquor store, etc... Parking on the street is not easy however, the hotel provided instructions in the check in for indoor parking close by. We parked at 7th and Collins, car was safe and cost was $20 per day (no in and out). Cannot beat this location, right in the middle of the action. Would definitely recommend.

我给四星好评，因为床真的不舒服。
度假时，睡个好觉也很重要！睡在沙发床上就像睡在一块木头上。床稍微好一点，但床垫仍然不够柔软舒适。
如果入口处能至少放几把椅子或一个银行就更好了，这样客人到达时会更受欢迎。还有一点需要注意的是，如果您提前到下午4点，您可能需要支付45美元才能办理入住手续！没有地方可以坐着放行李！入口处一点也不受欢迎！从正面看，这栋建筑看起来像是一片废弃的土地，只有一则招租公告。
