Stayed 3 nights, room was cleaned everyday, new sheets and towels, spotless. Love that they let dogs stay, would deff stay again!

For the money, $200 per night, we could have stayed at Motel 6. Fragrance in room was terrible, as was the breakfast. No protein except small yogurts and coffee was undrinkable. I will not stay at Baymont in the future.

Bathroom walls watered damaged in two places and had not been repaired, the bathroom door had a hole punched in it and the door frame needed repair work, as well.
The mirror and bedside table both needed repairs, as well.
The breakfast selection was poor and the water dispenser in the breakfast room was out of service.

The property appears to be newer construction but despite this we had issues with our room. The furniture and walls were scuffed up. The cushions on our couch looked like they had been shredded by a cat. We found a huge roach crawling on the floor. The walls were thin and surrounding rooms were very noisy. The location seemed to be behind or around a truck stop and the area just felt unsafe. We arrived at 3 am due to a flight delay to occupants on the upstairs floor hanging out outside their room and making noise. We had to leave early due to the conditions. Just not anything like what was advertised online.

For the price this was a good motel. We were on the bottom floor facing the parking lot so it was a bit noisy with people coming and going. The room was clean and will maintain. Our only complaint is that they ran out of items at breakfast, for example waffle batter. And the person who is on duty did nothing to try to refill it. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

I paid with a debit card a month previous and asked the staff if I had to stop by when I checked out. She said "no". I checked out at the regular time and then I get a notice for late check out. I didn't realize there was an app to install. The staff didn't tell me anything. And the room above us had "booming" activity all night, so I didn't get enough sleep.

For the price, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room. The sheets were clean and crisp with good pillows. Nice amenities in the room - micro, fridge, hair dryer, large TV.

No ice, no breakfast, no microwave, $10-$20 additional service fee for booking online, $100 key deposit, no elevators, no handicap rooms...told would reserve us ground floor but then said none available. Would highly recommend that you do NOT stay here
