我们入住的第一晚早上就接到电话，说我们预订的房间已经订满了。酒店没有给我们安排带全套厨房的六口之家套房，而是给我们安排了两间不连通的卧室，每间只有一张床。为了住六个人，我们不得不自己买充气床垫。这两间房的价格比我们原本应该住得便宜得多。我们不得不把一家人分在两间卧室里住，而且没有厨房可以做饭。我们再也不会预订这家酒店，也不会预订*****。
酒店已被预订，直到我们入住才告知。整个酒店弥漫着化学品的气味。夜间前台工作人员态度很差。我们不得不去隔壁的酒店使用泳池，泳池时间被限制30分钟，但另一个家庭在那里待的时间远远超过30分钟，酒店却从未要求他们离开。
我们房间的大门无法关上，用力一推才能打开（安全问题）；早餐工作人员的服务非常落后，我们什么都没吃，因为人太多了，他们忙不过来，甚至连咖啡都没有，房间年久失修，很脏，退房时我们和前台工作人员谈了这个问题（我们唯一一次在前台看到工作人员），他们说我们会因为给我们带来的不便而得到补偿或积分，但什么也没发生

游泳池上有一层我只能称之为“撇脂层”的东西。前台人员说这是一个繁忙的周末，很多孩子进屋前没有洗澡，所以才造成了这种情况。我们 12 点退房，但当我们在 10:45 在房间里换衣服时，客房服务人员没敲门就打开了门进来。我们叫了一声出去，他们就离开了。前台说，很抱歉，但没有解释为什么他们就直接走进我们的房间。这次住宿一点也不好。办理入住手续的服务员很愉快。我们最后一天早餐时吃的苹果是用保鲜膜包着的。我拿了一个带到我们的房间，打开包装，发现已经烂了。在锡拉丘兹住过很多次了，第一次住这家酒店，但离开时的体验非常糟糕，没能去游泳池。

非常喜欢套房的布局。空间舒适，但房间装修时，没有人安装第二个散热器，厨房里的两个开关没有打开任何似乎应该有的照明。
布局舒适，床很舒服，浴室很方便，这是必需的。
