We had travelled 8 hours and booked the hotel online because it was just off the interstate, had a bar and pool.
We arrived to find the bar had closed early with no notification and the pool was cold. The staff memeber was friendly and helpful, the room was clean

The bar is a separate business so I can't speak for them, but I do apologize on their behalf. I know in the slow off season they can close early sometimes if they're not getting any traffic. Again our apologies for the issues and hopefully we'll have another chance to impress you the next time you need a room!

Room was fine for a one night stay. I picked this one to use the hot tub. Jets didnt work. There was pieces of rust from ceiling laying on the bottom of the hot tub. AC in bedroom was not working. Fan stayed on all night but didnt cool the room.

Our room was in need of a big remodel. The door jam to the outside was rusted away. The door jam to the hallway had rust & peeling paint all the way around it. That door had a swath of white paint from a roller over blue. The toilet was old, very low to the ground & the seat was peeling. Laminate floors but they were filthy. Bed was ok. Breakfast was the best part of the stay. Eggs, sausage, breads, bagels, rolls, muffins, yogurt, cereal, juice, milk, coffee. It definitely was not worth $100. If I hadn’t been familiar with the city we were in, I would’ve asked for a refund & gone somewhere else.

Property is dated and in sore need of updates. The door that leads directly outside did not have a safety latch. Bed was lumpy. Ceiling tiles in bathroom were stained and the joining pieces were rusted. Room was overpriced for the condition it was in. If family members weren't also staying there i wouldn't have chosen this motel .

It was clean. Kind of low/tight on towels. Extremely old decor although clean. Surprised no elevators & some outside entrances.

The room was easily accessible and in a great are for restaraunts. The room could’ve been cleaner and overall the room needs to be renovated or fixed up. The hot tub wasn’t warm at all and the restaurant attached wasn’t very nice. More breakfast options would’ve been appreciated as well.

酒店回复: I do apologize for any interruptions to your sleep. We are a pet friendly hotel and unfortunately that does come with a downside occasionally. We do ask that guests control their pets, and their children but that can be difficult at times. We do offer a pretty standard continental breakfast with eggs, sausage/bacon, yogurt, cereal, fruit, bagels, danishes, muffins, and toast, with milk and juice. To offer more would increase our price per room and we try to find a balance to keep our rates as affordable as possible for our guests. We do have several breakfast options in town if you need additional offerings. Cooks downtown is a gem, but Perkins, Wendy's, Burger King, and McDonalds are also just right down the street. Again our apologies for not meeting your expectations, hopefully we'll have another opportunity to impress next time you're in need of a room.

You can definitely tell they’re working on the hotel. The wall was paint had been rubbed off from the chair it looked like and the tub had a hole on the outside surround.
The hotel was clean, didn’t have any odd smells, staff was super friendly, my in-laws had an adjoining room which looked very nice and must have had some updates done.
I saw a couple previous reviews about the desk lamp not working—turn on or off the lamp and then click the light switch on the wall. Haha
