Worst hotel experience in the area. I booked this property expecting it to match the standards of a Clarion Hotel, but I was completely disappointed. The rooms were extremely dirty. I even found a cockroach running on the table. The linen was unclean, and the washroom was in terrible condition — it smelled badly and felt more like a public toilet than a hotel bathroom. The overall hygiene standards were unacceptable. The food quality was equally disappointing. Most of the dishes seemed overloaded with refined oil, and nothing felt fresh or healthy. I requested boiled eggs at breakfast, but the staff casually replied, “Sir, aaj to Bhurji hai.” As a result, I was left with no proper option except oily items and maida poori. The most concerning issue was that the staff did not return my photo ID card at checkout. When I contacted them later, they refused to courier it back, even after I offered to pay the courier charges. As per standard hospitality practices, hotels are responsible for safely returning guests’ identification documents. This behavior is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns about guest security. I am attaching screenshots as evidence of the poor service. I strongly advise others not to book this hotel if you value cleanliness, safety, and basic professionalism.

worst hotel , old hotel , The worst hotel I stayed in my life. It is not fit to stay. All my 30 passengers are upset on this stay. Reception staff don't have knowledge. Breakfast and Dinner is very very bad. Toilet is worst than public toilet. A.c. not working . Room lights 50% not working. C.K. RAJA , Chennai.

Bad experience.. service is third class.. i asked for iron in the morning to which the staff replied he will send , on repeated calls he kept saying the same, after 1 hour when we confronted he said we do not have it. He could have said it earlier not wasting our 1 hour.. after that at the time of checkout we paid everything. They called us saying our minibar payment is due.. they should have checked it earlier. That too okay, we just used a can of 40rs , they in the bill added multiple things, we never used. After all they said to pay 294 rs. We paid but never got the bill

The overall experience was good at the hotel

The staff the ambience and the the rooms were also great

The only problem was that there was no water in the washroom

Other than that it was a great experience

1st of all the rooms had a very pungent smell. There was nothing worth what they had charged for. 2nd, the lobby was a much better place to be than the room. 3rd room services were much slower than the standards. I had requested for a tea which literally took half an hour to be delivered.

The Hotel Rooms emit some kind of smell. Cleanliness is so so. Food was not cooked and presented properly. No supervision in Restaurant. oner all it's just not good experience. certainly shall not stay there now if required.
