The staff was very courteous and the hotel is overall a nice place, I would not hesitate to stay here again. The breakfast is good quality and clean. The issue we ran into this trip is both the pool and the hot tub were down, which is why we elected to stay here. They did offer no fee cancel but when it's late and your tired and need to get to bed, finding another hotel and moving is a pain

First room, bathroom was not clean , some film all over mirror & sink .Shower had mold .Room change was so much better! Staff was wonderful ! Thank you Will!

The Family Suite was very spacious and at first glance seemed clean. When we arrived in the evening, we wanted to check in to unload our luggage and return to our event, but the front desk attendant was locked out of the system and had to text another employee for their log in so she could check us in. We ended up being late for our event because all that took so long. The bathroom sink and counter were covered in hair like someone had cut their hair and it was never cleaned up. Upon wiping the counter and sink down with the Clorox wipes I brought, the wipes were dingy and covered in black grim and the hair. I covered a pillowcase in a silk pillowcase I'd brought and when I removed the case the next morning the underside of the original pillowcase was covered in yellow stains, like the pillowcase had been peed on or something. Nice to know I slept on that all night, Not! When we arrived in the evening, we wanted to check in to unload our luggage and return to our event, but the front desk attendant was locked out of the system and had to text another employee for their log in so she could check us in. We ended up being late for our event because all that took so long. We only spent one night and were barely in the room save to primarily sleep, for which the room was more than sufficient. I just wish it had been a little cleaner, like actually clean. The orange juice and cranberry juice were out at breakfast for our large group. The attendant was notified she didn't change it.

The breakfast had many options, dining room was spacioua and clean, even sittng area outside from the dining with nice weather.

I am only giving 3 stars at this time as I have stayed here before. I did not request a handicap room. ******* must have chose it for me. Room was clean and comfortable. However, the bathroom/shower would hardly qualify as clean. Please put more effort towards these areas. Refrigerator was not functional which sadly is common in hotels. We did get a replacement a day late. I would suggest periodic maintenance done on stays longer than 2 days on "in room amenities". Pool and hot tub are nice for family. Outdoor fireplace was nice also. Good place to stay. I would stay again but, honestly? This Fairfield Inn wouldn't be first choice.

Ran out toilet paper, had to get towels,and bathmat, tub didn’t drain made slimy, tub red gross and hair, bed Not entirely made. Tv on. Breakfast was bland and coffee only okay. Paid far too much for what we got.

There were stains on the bed sheets so that looked like blood stains . So we had to go to the front desks and get new sheets and change them ourselves. They wouldn’t offer us any discount on the stay only point~ who cares. The front door was broken and you needed to ring the doorbell to get the front desk staff to open it. But the coffee was good. Wouldn’t stay here again. I booked it because of the pictures and hoping for the comfortable pillows . But they were hard ones and on top of the rest it wasn’t worth it. Sherry S
