I was content here until checkout. I had asked the night staff for a 12 pm checkout. I did not tell the day staff, as I was busy trying to get onto their internet, which has a broken interface. I was in a meeting in the morning, and was interrupted by the phone ringing at 11:15, a visit from the maid at about 11:20, and another phone call at 11:30. The person at the desk asked me during that phone call if I was planning to leave that day. I explained that I thought I had arranged a 12 pm checkout. When I was leaving my room at 12 pm, I made two trips to get out my things. When I came back to my room after the first trip, it was locked. I had to go down and ask the desk people to unlock the room so I could get my suitcase.
I apologized for any problems. There was no apology on their side. They seemed to blame me that the night staff had put my request in the wrong part of their app.
I felt as if I were being evicted. I am good with that. I will never go there again.

The room was clean and comfy, the staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I needed a room on the lower level, and they were able to do this for me without any issues. There is a shopping center, food and movie theater close by. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was very comfortable. It was quiet and the view from our third story window was beautiful! We could see several mountain peaks. One of the nights was Halloween and we decided to walk not drive to a restaurant that was across the street. So many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Large refrigerator, stovetop and microwave. Small table and chairs and a recliner. Ac and heater work great. Staff was friendly and helpful. MY PLACE Hotels are our go hotel if available.

Always a wonderful place to stay and definitely our go to when in town. Staff is friendly and property is clean and welcoming. Our room is always perfect upon arrival. Thank you for always making this a great place to stay!

Entering the hotel room smelled like a someoned used a room deodorizer that had chemicals in them which had an unpleasant and unappealing odor that lingered inside the room. And had to air it out
