We have stayed at this location quite a few times and this was by far my worst experience. Dirty walls entering the room, dirty wall in the bathroom, a horrible smelling shower curtain, bedding uncomfortable and ripped in places.

The staff is friendly enough and were accommodating. The room was in poor condition with a leaky toilet, tiles on the walls missing in the bathroom and the bed and pillows were terrible. Carpet was gross and the AC didn't work unless it was just on vs. auto and even then we weren't able to get it to temperature.

On check-in we had 2 rooms 1st room the toilet seat was nearly falling off, second room had no toilet paper and was missing toilet paper roll holder. Both rooms the keys had to be redone numerous times.

The room was nice but there was a few things that that needed attention there was no hand soup to washer your hands the light in bathroom the main one by the mirror didn't work the lobby where you each was very dirty tables not clean floors very stinky was very unhappy with that part and the staff just where visiting with each other and then that sat down and ate probably wouldn't stay there again

The TV in our room did not work, the light in the bathroom above the sink didn't work and the breakfast was disorganizedd as there wasn't enough help to take care of the front desk and the breakfasts.

It seemed to have updated furniture and carpet but the walls in the room and halls were very beat up and looked dirty. Our thermostat was also hanging off the wall so you had no idea what temperature the room was set to. The bedskirts were also very noticeably dirty so even though the sheets looked clean it made us question the cleanliness of everything.

Overall, very good stay. Nice room, comfortable bed, great amount of towels for one person. Only downside for my stay was the room key cards that kept not working. Was explained to not keep by cell phone or wallet, which wasn’t the case. The keys would work for getting into building but not into the room.
