Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were doing updates and some remodeling, but the staff made every effort to make our stay comfortable.

Our TV didn't work. Everyone else around said the same thing. The staff wouldn't give us any credit for it either, stating it was not their fault!
The front desk was empty and unattended most of the time. I tried calling an hour out to see if I could check in early, but there was no answer. Then, when I arrived early, nobody showed up to the front desk for 20 minutes. A few maintenance staff members walked by, but none of them spoke English!!

The roon was very clean and the bed was comfortable. However, i did not have an option for the fan to run constant so it woke me up all night. Also, the TV wouldnt work even after notifying the office. It was not up and running until the next morning.

I have stayed here many times but i will no longer stay here. The tv didnt have a signal so i was unable to watch tv during my whole stay.when i went to use the pool area 8-10 small children were unattended running back and forth from pool to hot tub. I had to complain because of the noise after 11pm. Later this same night i was woken up from water pouring out of the bathroom vent in the celine.

This facility is showing signs of wear has a feel of being run cheaply! I have never been to a hotel that has staffs children running around the breakfast area. Not professional! And breakfast had limited selections. Though the welcoming staff member was polite he was not very informative. And there was a noticeable lack of cleaning staff as patrons were leaving bags of garbage in the hallway. Our room heating was not functional and so we requested a room move. The second room had a worn/dated look with a light switch that we could figure out what it was for. We did not have soap in the room and had to ask for some. the carpeting was dirty. The bathtub drain was broken and the floor of the tube was cracked. The fan barley sounded like it was working and the vents were plugged with dirt. Will never stay here again!

Room had stains and spills on chairs and walls. Needed a good clean. Pillows were old and tired. Breakfast was limited and not restocked- ie cutlery, tea.

Everyone at the Microtel Inn & Suites were so professional, and very polite. First time I ever stayed at a Microtel Inn & Suites. I was very impressed with the staff, cleanliness, price, continental breakfast, and location.

Absolutely horrible experience. There is no management at this hotel and staff are not trained. The breakfast does not exist, went at 8am to see dirty floors, no cutlery, no food (only pancakes and yogurt), toaster didn’t work, no milk for coffee and staff was playing with a baby and entertaining her family that she allowed in through a private door. She was not washing hands, kids were running in and out of kitchen, so there is no health and safety practiced at this hotel. No interest in serving paying guests. Our hallway had a bunch of garbage bags that were there for over 24 hours. When mentioned this to front desk staff upon checking out, she didn’t seem to care or understand how bad this experience was. Beware!!!!

The Microtel was a great spot to stay for the night, especially for a couple. We did not check out the work out area or pool, but they looked nice from the outside. The TV area was nice and had extra storage. There was also a padded bench on the window which was a nice touch to the room. The breakfast was good, standard hotel fair. Our room was clean and the bedding was comfy. My only small issue was that the doors were painted black and you could see someone else's splatter dried the bathroom door; the doors could use a wipe-down. Other than that our room was great!
