Breakfast was good and you had a good variety of food. The room was clean and comfortable but the cleaning people should check to make sure there is enough supplies in the room for the amount of guests staying in the room plus make sure the tissue box has tissues in it. We would definitely stay again

Diddy appreciate coming back to our room on Saturday night and we walk in the lobby and all you smell so pot which is uncalled for then we go up to our room and no towels, then we had to hear a second night of yelling and doors slamming. Not a good experience this time at all

When ask x towels give me smaller pool towels but not room towels and I was disappointed

1. Handicapped room on third floor. in case of emergency unable to use stairs.
2. No hot water for shower, Was told it takes about 30 minutes to get to our room, what a waste of water.
3. The housekeeping staff did not do their job. Never cleaned the sink while we were there. Didn't make the bed one day but made next day. Never swept the hall carpet while we were there.

The first room had a dirty bathroom and we were immediately put it a new room, which was great. The pool had been “out of service” which wasn’t disclosed at the time of reservation and was a disappointment as this was one of the reasons I booked this hotel specifically. It was “ok”, just not as described.

The hotel was overall clean and neat but the shower head had green scale build up to the point the waterflow was affected.

酒店地理位置优越，非常干净。早餐还行，但选择不多。
房间的装修有点过时。浴室的瓷砖和瓷砖缝隙又脏又破，还有污渍。淋浴喷头很老旧，上面结满了水垢。
最糟糕的是床。睡起来简直比睡地板还难受。旧床垫硬得像块石头，弹簧箱还嘎吱作响。考虑到我们住了三晚，付了不少钱，这真的让人很失望。因为床垫睡着实在太不舒服了，我根本无法一觉到天亮。
还行吧。
