Room was not clean. There was soap spilled in the bath and hair in the shower when we arrived.

I would not recommend this hotel. The room had bugs, which was unacceptable and made it feel dirty from the start. On top of that, the hallways and even the room smelled strongly of ****. It was not the professional or relaxing environment I expected when booking. Between the cleanliness issues and the overall atmosphere, I would advise looking elsewhere.

I needed to change rooms two time upon arrival due to bugs in the first room, and dirty comforters and bathroom in the second. The first two rooms smelled like mildew and my final room had an odd smell. I purchased an odor eliminator for my room which helped remove the smell. I needed my trash emptied so I left it outside of my room to make it easier for the cleaning staff and returned to my room to a note telling me to empty my own trash down the hall or outside. This is definitely poor customer service as customers should not be expected to empty their trash. The highlight of my stay was the front desk clerk, I believe his name was DK was very kind and accommodating. I appreciated that in such a typically frustrating situation.

Good for in and out
It was easy to get in and out of the hotel location wise. Check in/out was simple. For a non-football weekend the hotel was loud at night. It is supposedly getting a remodel but I cannot see any work that has been done since my last stay over a year ago.
