Friday was an absolute nightmare. Kids running upstairs until 2am.
The morning staff was fantastic, but in the evening front desk was no help.
I wish I would’ve taken photos. The layout of our room 320, was horrible. I will not stay here again. There are too many better options around.

There were 2 shampoo bottles in the shower, no shower gel. There was only 1 regular coffee available in the room.

FALSE ADVERTISING AT THIS HOTEL!!!
This picture of FOOD is FAKE and FALSE advertising!!! PLUS...the front office desk person confirmed I paid for a KING room...but when I tried checking in in person (I dId NOT ACTUALLY CHECK IN) she stated that I booked a double queen! AVOID this HOTEL!!!

Springhill suites never disappoint spacious & clean nice breakfast and comfy beds only drawback is the toilet was very low and a bit loose otherwise a perfect stay
