We've just returned from a week staying at La Cortina for a ski trip. We're a family of 4 with two teens and booked the 2 room apartment. We booked through Mount Vacation but dealt with Vacanceole when we arrived who we found difficult and not forthcoming with information at times and even the reception was not where we were told. It took a few trips and different representatives to get the right information to work the WIFI etc. We found the apartment to be a good standard, it had nice furniture and was well kitted out for self catering. The "cabine" had 2 bunk beds which were full size but probably a bit tricky fitting in 2 very tall teenagers, but great for younger kids. The pillows were awful... 1 very lumpy pillow each wasn't great! The ski locker is the best we've used - huge heated lockers with boot warmers and plenty of space. The apartment is in a really good location - very close to the Diable chairlift and near to decent bars, restaurants and a supermarket. WIFI is extra but worked well once we figured it out. What really annoyed us was that we'd booked it for the spa facilities and they didn't exist, despite the fact that the website clearly showed images of a lovely steam room and jacuzzi. Apparently for 3 years they have been closed!! This has dropped it down to 3 stars.

We stayed at Residence Cortina for the first week of January 2023 and were expecting a spacious apartment with WIFi, Spa and Steam room as shown on the website, but when you get there NONE of these facilities are available. I contacted the We Ski rep to complain that we were not getting what we paid for and was told that there has not been a steam room for three years even though the website still clearly shows pictures of it and it is still listed as a facility
