Security deposit taken. No explanation. no way of contacting SAV@vacanceole. Don’t book with these guys. Accommodation was pretty poor and the price was cheap so presumably this is how they make money. The SAV only takes emails and there is no escalation path. Gives French holiday companies a bad name.

DO NIT STAY HERE- we had our €300 deposit taken off us apparently due to another room (which was also part of the RISE festival) in the hotel being so badly damaged they took the deposit off all the rooms. We ensured it was spotless before leaving with photos to prove so. To add to the problem the drains stunk and only one radiator worked. Rise festival have not been helpful with the return of the money and vacanceole have not even replied. Don't stay here be warned!!!
最后一刻取消 Vacanceole 在我入住 3 晚的前一天取消了预订，没有任何解释（但肯定是以更高的价格按周重新出租）。由于包裹已经被订走，在冬季中旬的前一天找住宿花费了我三倍的费用。如此蔑视是可耻且令人痛心的。
