Hotel management wants to know what happen , give me an email . Not very professional at all

Room was clean and updated. Breakfast was excellent-taco breakfast with loads of topping options. Only complaint is that my room was 14degC upon arriving so needed to prop door to hallway open and turn setpoint up to 21. It took about an hour to warm up on a cold winter day!

First time staying at the Canalta, the gym was well equipped and clean, and the continental breakfast was phenomenal. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful!

Seeking other CANALTA hotels to stay at!!!
BEST BREAKFAST we have ever had at a hotel. Super clean, very friendly and helpful. The only thing is that there is no elevator so if you have issues with stairs, you might want to request the ground floor.

Our room was thankfully on the ground level as there is no elevator. However, it had a strong cat urine odour and the tv didn’t work. Several calls to the front desk resulted in dropped calls with no follow-up. The complimentary guest snack food service in the evening and hot breakfast next morning was appreciated. Hotel management was advised of our concerns.
