We had a nice stay with a few issues- we had a suite- one sink would not drain- the fridge was hard to close since it was so tight fitting in an under the counter sink- finally pulled it out 3-4 inches so could close easy during our stay and just left the cabinet door open- worst part- walked around barefoot some and the tile and or carpet had to be filthy- because when I stepped in the white plastic shower- (floor) black/grey grim came off my feet- and not just a little/ from that point on I kept socks and or shoes on … the check-in area needs a second employee too- only 1 person there so if anyone had any issue at all the line was at a complete stand still… would stay here in a pinch but not on purpose- our preferred hotel was booked and we had bonus $ thru ******* and booked this 2 room suite for under $50 a night- if I actually paid full price- I would really be NOT happy about the condition of the floors etc…

We traveled from Pensacola to Biloxi for just one night because we had tickets to see a blues band at Ground Zero Blues Club. The hotel was clean, beautiful, and walking distance to the club.

Very clean room, but since we paid over $300 for our room, why want to charge us $3 for a bottle of water in the room? No clear signage in the restaurant for breakfast; at check in I was told there would be a few free items, but then they tried to charge us for the buffet. Very confusing for guests.

The property was well maintained, but the facility lacks adequate parking for the guests. This is a major inconvenience for the stay and would be a determining factor in booking there again.

Awesome stay
Ricky went above and beyond to accommodate us. Our room did not have a view so Rickey made sure we were put in a room with a view. Although we could not use our virtual credit card, Rickey tried everything he could. He’s a keeper. He helped to make our trip just that much more enjoyable.

我们拿到了一张停车证，放在仪表盘上，这样就不会被拖走。结果有一天晚上，竟然一个停车位都没有！当时正值一年一度的“海岸巡游”（Crusin the Coast）活动期间。那天是周三晚上，对海岸巡游来说根本不是高峰期。我在停车场里转了整整一个半小时，都没找到空位！
于是我决定去找前台。真是个笑话！这个人根本不在乎！我问她，既然给了我停车证，为什么拖车去拖那些违停的车？违停的车可不少啊！她根本没打算叫拖车，也不管我把车停在哪儿！她说让我停在酒店外面。我说，如果我的车被拖走了，希尔顿会赔吗？当然不会！
最后，我只好把车停在路边的一棵树下。还好，第二天早上车还在那儿。我让老婆收拾行李，我们准备退房，****希尔顿！希尔顿毁了我们一年一度的活动，我们只好回家了。
我再也不会住那里了！！！
事情还没完。我要联系希尔顿总部，看看能不能赔偿我这次糟糕的住宿体验！
停车位严重不足，因为他们允许房车停在轿车车位上，导致很多客人占用了三个车位。管理人员对此置之不理。
