Happened to stay while the owner was visiting, he was very cordial. The road leading up to the property was a bit rough, which I didn’t expect in my (cheap) rented sedan. But the staff overall was very friendly. The shower was hot (something I’ve struggled to find in Nicaragua). The traditional nica breakfast was good. The room was great and the view was even better! Were definitely satisfied overall and would recommend to anyone visiting San Juan del Sur

Small hotel with panoramic view. Awful road to get to the hotel. Outside San Juan. You need a car. Very basic comforts, very old airco (not sufficient to cool the room so difficult to sleep in June). Very slow service at the bar. Would not recommend.

Excellent view i love it. Hotel was nice and clean, i got an upgrade to the best view. Great staff, i was welcomed by the staff when i arrived at the parking loy. I will be back!

Romantic oasis in the forest
A fantastic calm and romantic oasis in the middle of the forest, with a welcoming and helpful staff serving nice drinks and food. The beautiful colourful area is surrounded by birds and a breathtaking ocean view, leaving lots of room for romance. There were insects in the hotel unfortunately, as an unavoidable consequence of the forest location and the road up to the hotel was a bit tricky because of the rain season, but the local taxi drivers handled it well. The hostess was very calm and comfortable.

Lovely place, a bit out of the way. Rooms are small, and not that comfortable. The place is very noisy and you can hear the people next door talking. The view and pool are spectacular. The food was very good.
