We were fortunate enough to enjoy the hospitality of this great hotel on a skiing trip, at the start of Feb. Lovely place with very friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms were very cosy, but large enough, especially considering we were out skiing all day. The breakfast was great (I don't really know what some of the other reviewers who mention the breakfast negatively were expecting) - plenty of choice of cold cuts, cheese, croissants, cake etc. and certainly more than enough to set you up for a days skiing. The evening meals were fantastic. Varied and healthy. Great little bar downstairs, with a very good barman (shout out to Victor) who certainly knew his cocktails. Generally it was very quiet and peaceful - folks enjoying a quiet Apres drink, pre-dinner aperitif or post dinner dink/game of cards/chess/jenga etc. (several games provided). There was a much more lively scene on Wednesday when they had a more lively evening and many folks from other hotels came, resulting in a standing room only event. Much fun! I will just caution that if you wish to partake of the Rotissary meal, which was advertised for Wed and Fri, that you make a booking in person with one of the staff as soon as you arrive. There was an email address advertised as the booking method. I had used this, but it seems it didn't get through as they didn't seem to have received it, and by the time I asked it was fully booked. For those skiing, I would re-iterate what others have said on here. RENT A LOCKER NEAR THE LIFT! The (quite steep) hill down from the hotel was absolutely treacherous some mornings, with sheet ice. Watching some of my fellow holiday makers trying to make it down in one piece wearing boots and carrying skis was really quite terrifying. The €59 I spent for the locker was the best money I spent all week.

We had a wonderful stay in February 2026, Hugo and his team provided an outstanding experience in this 17th century farm hotel. The food was outstanding as was the service we will definitely be back.

This is honestly one of the best hotels I have stayed at in the Alps. Langley hotels always have good food, but the meals were sublime. We were spending Christmas there and as they are Swedish run, they had a Gala Christmas eve dinner and a Christmas day dinner. It was a three course meal every night (bar Saturday as the staff have a night off). The quality of the ingredients was excellent and we all enjoyed everything. We did pay to attend the Rotisserie night, the hotel has an incredible set up. It was worth it for the theatre and quality of the food, but go with an appetite. As a family of three, with a teenager, our rooms were fabulous - a double and a bunk room, with a shared corridor and bathroom. The rooms had lots of space and storage, again unusual for a lot of ski hotels. There is a lovely terrace which would be great for apres ski later in the season The staff are friendly, helpful and worked hard to ensure everyone was happy with their stay. We rented a ski locker at the rental shop - which was pretty convenient. The hotel is up a short steep road, but it was fine for us. A great experience overall.

This was by far one of the best hotels we have stayed in for a ski trip. When we booked, we were unsure about going half board as we have always gone self catering previously. However, the quality of the food that we had here was exceptional and we were so pleased that we made the decision to stay here. Every evening we had a three course meal with the finest ingredients, freshly cooked to perfection. The chefs were able to work around a food intolerance without compromising on the quality of my meals. The hotel room was cosy and clean. We had ample space for two people with all of our luggage. The bathroom only had a shower, no bath, due to space but this had a decent pressure and temperature. As the hotel is catered, we didn’t have a fridge or kettle facilities in the room which was a bit of a shame as we do like to be able to make a hot chocolate! The staff were phenomenal, a very small team who got to know you and would try to help with your every need. We will definitely return

Lovely hotel, created on an old farm. Quiet and extremely clean. Great dinners with a gourmet selection and cocktails. Just 300 meters from the closest sky area called Aravet. Thanks, Sara and the crew, since we have been feeling comfortable at home!

My family and I went here multiple times on our trip staying at a different hotel. Bence the bartender made the most amazing Espresso Martini you’ve ever had, Sammi- his rotisserie- I would happily sit next to the fire for the rest of my life as his food was outstanding. A truly rare experience with the very best flavours ive had! Totally worth the trip whilst skiing, hats of to the manager Sarret for running such an amazing place!

Lovely hotel with a few quirks! We really enjoyed it - highlights were the food (we were staying half board) and dinner was exceptional - better than anywhere else we’ve stayed skiing. Downsides were bathrooms are wet room set up so everything is always wet and rooms were rather dark. Breakfast was basic but tasty. But overall for the money - this is a 3 star hotel - we couldn’t have been more impressed.
