Definitely not a 4-star establishment anymore. Tired and in need of some TLC. Staff disinterested (except for the lady attending in the breakfast room, she was polite and friendly). Things didn’t work properly, run down. Could hear the highway traffic through closed windows and drawn curtains, so take earplugs if you consider staying here (they should come complimentary in the rooms). The barn door bathroom door also didn’t close flush to the wall and creaked when sliding it (which may be an issue if you have a noise or smell sensitive companion in the room). Note the breakfast room is upstairs. No one helped with luggage, not a problem for us, but kind of expected to have this service offered at a 4 star rated establishment for those who may need it. There is secure parking and it’s in a residential suburb close to lots of malls and eating options. Fairly easy access to the highway too. So not all bad. Just don’t expect 4 star, be capable of walking up stairs and take earplugs.

Horrible Night!!
Will never stay there again. Aircon was not working, did not even make an effort to help with the room being cold. Had to sleep with a jacket, as there are not even extra blankets in the room. The bed was not made with a lot of effort, my 10year old cousin would do it better.
The breakfast was horrible, food was raw, had to send it back, had to ask for juice and glass and we still waiting for it.
Being 6 friends, where 4 of us are in travel we will never send our customers there.
Someone needs to step in and make changes.

The hotel is situated in a very secure environment. However its perfect for those with self driven cars. Alternatively Uber and Private Taxi are also okay to shuttle between Lodge and nearest shopping mall .
