Quality friendly service, from reception, house keeping to breakfast room staff - all were extremely friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and comfortable. Only downside was dull lighting in bathroom, and poor shower design meant bathroom floor quickly went underwater from a lot of shower water not staying on shower tray but rather flowing out onto tiles. Extra thanks to Sara on front desk, and my lovely Philippine house keeper!

This was our best stay in our travels thru Croatia, Slovenia and Venice. They do everything well and the knowledgeable young hostess guided us to the best restaurants. Being literally within the old wall of the ancient town gave strolling thru its quiet neighborhood a charm and authenticity that is hard to beat elsewhere.

位于诺维格勒市中心的很棒的酒店。房间舒适干净。工作人员细心周到，水疗中心虽小，但一应俱全。非常好的按摩师。室内游泳池，天气好的时候还可以开放，太棒了。非常好的早餐。我们总是很高兴回来。感谢您给我们带来了愉快的住宿体验。
