房间不大，设施简单实用，位置很好，非常干净，舒适度较高
酒店大部分方面都非常出色，除了在一些地方有积水，比如电梯地板上和一楼的苏打水机附近。我觉得这些水可能是游泳后的孩子们带出来的，他们出了泳池后没有擦干身体，水就一路滴得到处都是。这对其他顾客来说是个安全隐患。我已经把这个问题反映给了工作人员。酒店应该制定相关的泳池规定，孩子们在离开泳池区域前应该先擦干身体。另外，还有孩子在走廊里跑闹，非常吵。酒店应该把带孩子的家庭和不带孩子的家庭分开安排。
房间很脏，淋浴间里到处都是头发，地板上都是泥。房间里没有微波炉也没有垃圾桶，连喝水或咖啡的杯子都没有。晚上孩子们一直在走廊里跑来跑去。就这个价格来说，这里真不怎么样。
服务很好，员工也很友善。
床太软，不舒服
酒店整体还行。前台应该尊重客户的预订，不应该主动打电话通知其他客户。如果我预订了某个房间，就应该住这个房间。就像我举的例子一样，如果他们预订的是套房，却因为某种原因被要求降级到标准大床房，那你为什么要花钱住套房呢？
工作人员非常友好热情，房间干净整洁。我喜欢房间没有铺地毯，但地板干净整洁，而且很新！室外区域也很不错，有座位可以坐！附近还有很多餐厅和购物选择！
