Turn off was that we saw a huge roach on the wall in the hallway by our room as we were swiping the door when we first arrived. Then that night we saw another huge roach on the wall by the bed.

For the price it was far under what was expected. Not sure how it received as high of ratings as it did. The room was in need of repair, hole in ceiling, tiles missing, cheap dorm room stub furniture. Very disappointing. Staff was friendly but would not stay here again.

The staff were excellent.
Would just like to see some updates in the room, restroom, and cleaning of the air conditioner.

Disappointed visit….!
Very disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. I did let the front desk know about it the day after. I will send pictures. The front desk gentleman was very nice. Also, we were greeted by an employee named Hilda, she was very happy and made us feel welcomed. The breakfast employee, didn’t look happy to be there, another employee definitely didn’t like her job!! No greetings from either one. Please promote Hilda!!!

Good stay per usual
My stay here is always great but the rooms could use some... upgrades.
服务很棒！前台的女士们都超级好。她们非常灵活，也很乐于助人！让我们的住宿体验就像在家一样舒适❤️
我们的房间很好，很凉快。早餐就是普通酒店的水平，没什么特别的。旁边就有Cracker Barrel和Outback牛排馆。总的来说，性价比不错，住得也还行。
只是我无法连接到互联网，但一切都很好。

由于是新酒店，整体设计干净、现代。走廊很宽，房间也很大。房间里没有微波炉和沙发，但浴室有淋浴间，而且很大。
