Friendly staff, seamless check-in, lobby was inviting. Room was pretty clean and comfortable. No issues encountered during our stay. Would gladly book a stay here again.

This was a really nice hotel, clean and up to date. The pool area was nice and the breakfast spread was also great.

Hotel was very close to Kings Island. Room was clean but air conditioner made dripping water sounds ALL night, both nights. Made it impossible to sleep. Shower door wouldn't close all the way and water poured out into the bathroom floor, making it slippery. I told front desk but he just shrugged. Probably will look for another hotel when visiting next year.

Newer property nice and clean. Only issue was wall paper falling off in the bathroom. Not just peeling a little like half off the wall.

Shower leaks and there was no live TV. When asking the desk, the clerk said that it had to work! Uh, but it doesn’t!!!!! Only solution to offer was to change rooms and my son was already in bed.

All staff were extremely friendly. Room and common areas were immaculately clean. Very convenient for kings island and lots of dining options nearby.
